We collect very little. Only your email address is required at sign-up — no real name, phone number, or physical address.

Your email is used solely to verify your account and to assist with password recovery. We do not build a personal profile around you or gather data beyond what is operationally necessary.

For fraud prevention, our system also collects technical signals such as IP address, browser fingerprint, and device identifiers as outlined in our Terms of Use. This data is used exclusively for security purposes.

How We Use Your Email

By creating a BitRewarder account, you agree that we may send you emails. These may include:

You may opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. Transactional and security emails cannot be disabled as they are essential to account safety.

Advertisements & Cookies

BitRewarder is funded by advertising revenue. Third-party ad networks display advertisements on our platform and may place cookies in your browser to serve ads relevant to your interests.

We do not control third-party cookies. Please consult the privacy policies of individual ad providers for full details on how they handle your data.

You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the appearance or functionality of certain ads on the platform.

Hosting & Servers

Our platform is hosted on third-party infrastructure providers. While we apply every reasonable precaution to secure your data, we rely on the underlying security guarantees of our hosting partners.

All data in transit is protected via SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store sensitive payment credentials on our own servers.

Payment Holds

For platform security, BitRewarder reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request. Payments may be held for up to 7 days while our system verifies that all tasks were completed legitimately.

Held payments do not indicate wrongdoing. They are a routine security check to protect advertisers and honest users from fraud.

Once verification is complete and no issues are found, your funds will be released automatically. If fraud is detected, the balance may be forfeited in line with our Terms of Use.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal email address or profile data to third-party marketers or spammers.

However, when you complete an offer or task through a third-party offerwall, you are sharing your data directly with that offerwall provider — not with BitRewarder. We strongly recommend reviewing each provider's individual privacy policy before completing their offers.

We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics with advertising partners to improve platform performance. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
